However you grants BizLMS the authorisation to use the Client Logos in BizLMS Company’s advertising, literature and websites solely in connection with the marketing without having obtained any other written consent and in sole discretion of this agreement.

10. DATA OWNERSHIP
Although BizLMS owns the code, databases, and all rights to the BizLMS service, Customers retain ownership, control and all rights to their records and data which are their property.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall BizLMS or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use) incurred by you or any third party arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, or the termination of the use of the site, regardless of the form of action or claim (whether contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise) and even if BizLMS has been informed of the possibility thereof. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BizLMS, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including settlement amounts and reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site. You agree to seek and obtain written permission from BizLMS before agreeing to settle any claim.
13. PASSWORDS AND SECURITY
