What is BizLMS?

BizLMS is built on top of Moodle LMS. It is a custom solution for any type and size of organization. With BizLMS, you can handle the learning, training and employee development activities smoothly.

Who can use BizLMS?

Any corporate or institute which has training programs for the employees or users and want them to be hosted and imparted through a LMS.

How different is BizLMS from other LMSs available in the market?

BizLMS is a self-hosted product. You have full control of the source code and can be further customized. Getting started with BizLMS is utmost simple – purchase, download, install and get started.

Where is BizLMS hosted?

You can download bizLMS after the purchase is complete and host it on your servers. Our tech team is readily available to provide more information on hosting, please do contact.

Your hosting plans show users information. How do you define the user? Is it a concurrent users’ number/user accounts?

Users in the pricing page mean the total number of active accounts you create on the BizLMS platform after installation. Each plan has a restricted number of user accounts.

Does BizLMS come in SAAS model? What are the different hosting options available?

No, BizLMS is not offered as SAAS as of now. You may choose a suitable plan based on the number of users and download to self-host on your servers.

Can it be integrated with any other third party softwares/tools?

Yes, BizLMS is further customizable and can be integrated with other third party tools.

Should I pay extra for the source code of BizLMS?

No.

How to get started with BizLMS?

Choose a suitable plan, purchase, download the package and install. We have an ample documentation that will help you at every stage of setting up BizLMS.

We are already using Moodle in our organization; can I switch to BizLMS?

Yes, BizLMS is a combination of plugins, so it is easy to upgrade your existing Moodle site. BizLMS supports all latest moodle versions above 3.6

Do you have a demo account for testing?

We understand that you will need free access or trial period for any product you purchase online so that you evaluate it better. Hence, we are providing a demo site access. You are free to navigate on the demo site and play around.

Do you provide a free live demo?

Yes, we are happy to live demonstrate BizLMS to you at your convenience. Please get in touch with us for the demonstration.

How does your support system works?

Every plan you choose comes with one year support. Our support is handled via an online ticketing system and we provide email support and call support in order to resolve the support tickets.

I have some customization requirements. Can you help?

Learning requirements of organizations may vary, hence we have made BizLMS flexible enough enabling further customizations. Please get in touch with us for any custom requirements.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to try any paid plan?

Paid plans do require credit card details for purchasing. However, if you want to try BizLMS, then you may access our free demo site to get hands-on experience.

Can I upgrade/downgrade or cancel a plan at any time?

With the increase/decrease in user accounts you are requested to upgrade/downgrade your existing plans. Please contact us in case of upgrades/downgrades and we shall do the needful.

How can I see the demo of BizLMS?

Demo site can be accessed by clicking on View Demo button on the home page of BizLMS website. You will find login details of Employee role. For access to other roles, please contact at [email protected]

Do we have Mobile App for BizLMS?
